FAQs

GETTING STARTED

First, please complete the Wholesale Inquiry Information. After we review your information, you will receive YAMIBUY WHOLESALE PURCHASE AGREEMENT. Please email your signed agreement to business@yamibuy.com, you can view prices and begin shopping. Orders will be paid by credit card (M/C, Visa, American Express or Discover) or by wire transfer, before the order is shipped.

TERMS & PAYMENT

Payment: You will pay for each Order before Yamibuy ships the Order. Yamibuy will update you of price changes and discontinued items during the order process.

SHIPPING & FREIGHT

We can ship your order by: USPS, UPS (in single or multiple boxes), or LTL truck (on pallets). We will prepare shipment of products ordered within Five (5) business days of receiving Purchase Order.

PURCHASE ORDERS

You must submit written or digital purchase orders for the Merchandise no later than ten (10) business days prior to the requested delivery date, setting forth quantity, type, and requested delivery date of Merchandise. All orders are processed subject to availability.

RETURN & PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES

We accept the return of products with less than two months shelf life. Any package which has been damaged in transit must be refused at the time of delivery in order for us to accept return of said package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, handling and insurance for all returned merchandise.

TEPERATURE WARNING

Some food products are temperature sensitivity which need to be considered any melted food products cannot be returned. Yamibuy is not responsible for items damaged due to weather related conditions.

BACK ORDER ITEMS

Popular items may sell out quickly. We cannot guarantee that a backorder will be filled. If the backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you. We will not charge you for this type of purchase.

GENERAL POLICIES

Although we prefer wholesale orders be approximately $1,000.00 minimum, we realize that amount may not meet the needs of each customer. You are welcome to contact business@yamibuy.com regarding special requests or needs. We will always do our best to meet your needs. Large corporations, may need a lead time when ordering large quantities.
